You should've just closplayed Red because I can tell that's Red a LiL. That could've been a Rare ( Made Up ) Stantler. Or the new Deer Pokemon.

- Stantlers aren't blue when shiny. And the title is "Wild Suicune Appeared"... And if you notice his facial expression in the games, he's not a happy person. He always looks indifferent or annoyed.

- He seems very indifferent. But maybe you could've made it a different pokemon? Like a really rare blue Stantler or something. Other than that I kind of like it.
