RING CHARITY BELL!
This is Daisya Barry from D. Gray-man, an anime and manga. Unfortunately, he didn't make a very large appearance. He's an exorcist that works for an organization called The Dark Order. His job is to hunt down Akuma and find other Accommodators, people who can use the power of "Innocence".

- Yes Daisya died. He only appeared in 3 episodes before he was killed. He was given a backstory in the anime. The manga only had him for 13 pages.
