Well, to clarify for some people... ***Spoilers!***
Yume Nikki is about a girl named Madotsuki. She has horrific dreams and collects these things called "effects" in those dreams. After you collect all 24 effects and lay them down, you can wake up, walk out of her apartment to the patio, then jump off the building, thus killing her.
