I'm really not overly keen on those ears for her.
I would have gone with Taiyaki as her hold item instead of the tea tray because of the episode where the boys eat hers. *Taiyaki, Taiyaki*

oh, i think if you look at your reference picture, (or the anime) you'll see she has darker hair than that, even though her ears are tan. i forgot to mention that in my other comment.
