- While there is a film version of this character it is not exact. In the novels Akasha has creamy pale skin, where in the film she is played by a colored woman. I do like both versions though their looks are very different. I would suggest either adding a description of the novel's Akasha or seeing if there might be a fan's art work of her. Nicely done either way.

I am a fan of Anne Rice (LOVED IWTV best), but there is a movie version of this.Now I understand if this is your visual version of her, but I'm just saying there IS a movie version of Akasha.
