This is a cosplay of Blind Mag from Repo! The Genetic Opera, her Chromaggia outfit.
A few things about the avatar itself:
~Mag is generally extremely pale but not so pale that's green, which is what the white skin dye did so I decided against using that and chose the paler skin color instead.
~I chose the eyes because they give a feathery look that is used for this outfit specifically.

- Stockings only go up a little past the knee so you couldn't see them over the boots Saying "Other top" gives me no help whatsoever on what top to use. The cut off gloves were accidentally kept because how much her hair blends in with them. I had other outfits of Blind Mag on and I switch occasionally so it was accidental.
