Jin Kisaragi a high ranking Major of the NOL, through his efforts in the Ikaruga war he was named "Hero of Ikaruga". Jin is the brother of S-Class criminal Ragna the Bloodedge, and is often enticed by feelings of insanity as desire to "Kill him again" brought about by his Nox Nyctores Yukianesa, a blade that can manipulate ice. - Date: 05/08/2011
