- Description: A small change to it from last time. This will be the last time,for a while, I enter a Sailor Moon character cosplay. I am entering this out of spite and in a rage-fueled state. I do this knowing I probably won't place because people are sick of seeing sailor moon cosplays. I am so angry right now that I just don't give a damn. I'm not even going to be in town for most of the week while this is up for vote. Troll comments will be deleted. Comments suggesting improvement are welcomed. Thank you.

- yes, this is a re-entry. I've done this same cosplay 3 other times in the past. I entered the previous version about 3-4 weeks ago.
