This is the best Jenny I could do at the moment. Still kind of a work-in-progress, but I think it turned out well. Suggestions and comments welcome!
Jenny is the daughter of the Doctor, born on the planet Messaline during a war from a cell sample from his hand. She is a natural born soldier (literally), but is also firey and compassionate like her father. She is also Time Lady, or an "echo" as The Doctor called her, with a thirst for adventure and running. - It's too simple, and since the character has a mouth then your avitar should have a mouth as well.
