This is more of a gijinka, now that I look at it. Glaceons are my favorite Pokemon, which is why I made a cosplay for it (derp).
Before anyone suggests it, I chose not to use Seracila Pendant for the ear-flap-things because it looked clunky and unidentifiable. That's where the hair style comes in.
