Kedric, also known as Keldy, is the protagonist of Dawn of Mana for the Playstation 2.
He was chosen by the Mana Tree when a seed planted on his arm. His journey is to find the Guardian Beast, stop Stroud and the invading army, save Ritzia(Keldy's friend), and get rid of all The Echoes from Fa'Diel. The feather was given to him by Ritzia, which he wears it instead of the usual Def Flora, a protective symbol the Tree Folk wear.
