Dear god this took quite a while. I doubt I have to explain this, since nearly everyone has the basic knowledge of Dragonball.

For help while making this avatar, taking both visual appearances from the reference picture, and trying to emulate the description given.
I couldn't find an item that gives that red outline to the eyes, but aside from that, this is the best version of this someone could do. - Date: 07/05/2012
