This is a cosplay of Jessie from Pokemon. She's my overall favorite character from the entire series. Below is a link to another picture of her and her wiki page where her hair is stated to be magenta at some point so please don't freak over the color. The "R" on her top is backwards because Gaia is dumb n' stuff okay.

- I know Gaia's a pain in the a** with hair. I once made a thread in their suggestions asking for a hairstyle similar to Jessie's/Musashi's, but Gaia's not the best listener... 5/5!
