I agree with Haruhi here.
There are many ways to make an Alice avi without that dress.
In my opinion, it's lazy and it kinda seems like cheating. And those eyes bug me. Also, the hair is all wrong.
Use a slightly darker hair, please. Also, a mouth would be cool.
