Seiko is an extremely cheerful and energetic girl who enjoys playing around with her friends.

- I tried to get the darker clothes but the skirt I currently have for this entry doesn't go any darker. I know that it's not the best excuse, but it was the only skirt that matched the style in the ref pic.
