This is a Sebastian Michaelis cosplay from Kuro/Black Butler. This scene is the beginning of a fight with Grell Sutcliff. His wounded right arm was due to being slashed by Grell's scythe. I wasn't able to find the wound item for his right arm, so I made due with the wound in the chest instead. Please forgive the low quality of this avi, I swear the background was still when I entered it.

Maybe shop eyes might work? The smolder eyes aren't too shabby, plus, it can save you some gold if you decide to replace gogh reed with them ~
