- Description: Sailor Neptune is the 8th Sailor Senshi introduced in the series. Her civilian identity is Michiru Kaiou, or Michelle in the dub. Her powers were based on the ocean. Sailor Neptune fights alongside her lover Sailor Uranus in defending the Solar System from outside threats. The US ruined it by making them cousins. We never got to see when she gets the V. I used the new hair item and layered a darker top rather than use a teal skirt. Thanks to Demonoki for the idea of the arms.☜(ﾟヮﾟ☜)

- It's wonderful but I do think the hair should be more teal than blue. The color scheme is a bit off but it is wonderful. 5/5
