I got the inspiration to make this avatar for the 20th anniversary of Sailor Moon! Yes its been 20 years- don't you feel old?
Please note the moon pendant, and her black puffs on her top.
If you have any suggestions for me to improve upon this cosplay please let me know! I tektek'd my heart out to try and get this right.
