- It shouldn't matter about the base.. If it's a slender male then it's completely fine to use a female base. So long as you do a great job covering the female parts. All you need is paler skin and maybe use Vegan Vampire for the sunken cheeks.

I completely disagree on this needing a male base... The character in someways is very feminine and I think the female base portrays Edward correctly.
