Hunger Games Catching Fire shows President Snow threatening Katniss to once again fight for her life in hopes she will not make it out alive to destroy the hopes of the many people in the districts. Up against deadly killers this time her previous victory will seem easy compared to this new challenge.
I Changed some of the outfit, removed the bangs and added something to the background.

- I agree about the mouth. The makeup should be minimal since she's fighting for her life. I think a more stoic mouth would capture the character better. However, the layering on the costume is very well-done.
