I think most of us know who Chii is, but if you don't she is from the anime/manga Chobits. She herself is a Chobit, a type of persocom (personal humanoid computers) that is far more technologically advanced than regular persocoms.

- I already said it, I found no bloomers that were suitable, in my opinion. The masquerade gives the eye a better shape to match Chii's eyes.
