Michiru Kaioh is the human alias of Sailor Neptune, one of the Sailor Soldiers from the series Sailor Moon. In the art book, Michiru is seen with a cello while partially submerged in water. Wanted to try imitating the manga style of the mouth and hair to match the ref. Couldn't find any rocks or a yellow rose though.
