Skin color, a bolero to get the puffy sleeves, a pink underskirt/dress, and fuller hair.

Definitely need a different hairstyle
The bow is on the dress so she can't really get rid of it. Although I would suggest trying to find a different dress then this one - Report As Spam

- Madam Rouge or Rosamund's Revenge would have been better hairs. This one simply does not work. Lose the bow as well and as fluffy said a Gambino mansion background would give it more life.
