Kagari is an Enforcer in the MWPSB Unit 1 known for his jovial personality and for harboring an immense dislike of the Sibyl System, in part because he was flagged and isolated when he was five. In between cases, it is revealed that he enjoys playing video games (particularly with a PSP-like device), eating sweets, and cooking.
