Description:
After the events of Continuum Shift, Noel defected from the Novus Orbis Librarium after discovering her origins as Mu-12 and the corruption of her best friend, Tsubaki Yayoi. Unfortunately Noel is captured by the NOL but thanks to Kokonoe, she escapes and receives a new outfit to avoid attention brought to herself due to the NOL’s influence in the Ikaruga Civil War.
Noel's main weapon is the Nox Nyctores: Bolverk, a pair of handguns that fire Type XI: Optic Barrel rounds. - Date: 04/26/2015

- 3/5, boots/stockings could use some work, eyes should be more "serious" based off the reference picture, some way to create the black trim at the bottom of the white top. Other than that pretty good
