Description:
King Sphinx is a monster from the first season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, sent by Rita Repulsa to try and conquer the Earth. Able to blow opponents away with a flap of his wings, King Sphinx was a challenging adversary, but met his end with an energized slash of the Megazord’s Power Sword. Despite only appearing in one episode, he was featured heavily in early merchandise for the show. In Zyuranger, the show MMPR was adapted from, he’s known as Dora Sphinx.
