A flat usually used by the Delain brothers for parties or meetings amongst there cohorts.
It's tasteful japanese influences in it's decor are noticable as well as enough space to fit many friends. Always fully stocked with food for dinner and friends.
Currently under criminal investigation for homicide, it'll be open for rent in a couple weeks.
