ignore dragone- He obviously doesn't know what he's talking about. It has a tad victorian- The shirt more or less, but Steampunk isn't about the long dress. Steampunk is known not to be exactly like it was in 1830-1910. I like it and I'll rate 5/5 but I am not fond of the goggles around your neck. Brass Goggles are better.
Note: My Steampunk Avi had pants too
