Nurse Joy works at the Pokemens Center and cares for injured Pokemens. Officer Jenny is a kindly police officer who uses Pokemens in her police duties. Actually, they're a bunch of nurses named Joy, and a bunch of officers named Jenny. They are apparently all related...it's kind of confusing, really.

It would only go into the cosplay arena if it was Joy and Jenny.
These are just her zombie interpretation of the two poke on characters.
