- Description: Rem was a loyal shinigami, she died protecting the one human she loved, Misa. Her fate was the same as Gelus' whom also died for Misa. After Gelus' demise, she delivered his death note to the woman he had protected. Rem protected Misa, and tried to give her advice when neccesary. In the end, Light gave Rem no other option but to Kill Watari and L, only to save Misa.

This is spot on minus the scythe. I honestly don't understand why everyone says shinigami must have a scythe.
