I agree with Umioko 75% and with your response a 25%.
Those were my first thoughts when I see this.
I personally love the colors, face and outfit(messy detailed), but when you came down to the bottom part it seems more simple than the rest of the avatar. This one have an incredible potential, so I suggest for you to reach it. You should re-submit this one, but with a better bottom part, one that could match the entire avatar. - Report As Spam
