Ryuk is a Shinigami (Death God) that came to earth in search of some "entertainment", He achieves this by dropping a Deathnote into the human world and is found by a boy names Light Yagami, He then decided to haunt Light and long the way have his own little adventure.

I'm aware he doesn't have a fluffy collor but gaia is alittle lacking in that department.
He does have wings too.
