- It apears some people are confused. They probably have only seen the live action movies which although they are based on the original series are not true to the actual series. In the actual series Near does have white hair but in L changes the world he is a black haired little boy who only appears after Watari dies. This is based off the anime/manga. Not a bad cosplay.

To Gabriela_Shadowsong: What the heck are you talking about?! You claim to be a Death Note addict, but you obously don't know what Near looks like. I've seen the entire anime and the entire manga, and Near is in both! Near also has white hair not black. My guess is that you've only seen half of the manga/anime (up to where L dies). Near appears after that.
