This little girl's name is Talynn.
Originally, she wasn't an elf, but I was too lazy to make my avatar human again. Anyway, this is based off my halloween costume, the only real difference is the fact that I had a white puppy instead of a black kitty.

And yes, it's kind of plain. But that's how the costume was.
