- Title: Icara

Description:
Icarus was young when his father put a pair of wax wings on his shoulders. They were going to escape to the sky! "But beware, his father warned, of flying too close to the sun." Icarus did not listen. The feel of the air, the excitement of flight, the freedom--it was too much. He spiraled up and up until his wings melted and he plummeted to the sea.
This is before the plummet-cause the wings are intact, see? Heh. - Date: 11/19/2008

- Um, just noticed someone was a little confused. In Icarus was a boy, but my avatar is a girl. "a" is a feminine latin ending while "us" is masculine. So Icara is a feminine form of Icarus.

- This one has bling and ink--if she really looked like Daedalus's daughter, it'd be a very boring avatar, wouldn't it?

- I didn't know that the daughters of poor tinkers had so much bling, style, and ink.
