As for a discription, I didn't really feel like coming up with a story about a Raging Storm so I'll just talk about how I like the synergy between the new Zodiac item, the cloud and the old elemental hair. I really like the way it resembles a surging tide and torrential downpour.
Really, it's just a randopm compilation of available items. For some reason it continues to show my cosmic wrap even though I have it unequipped. I thought it was a cool glitch so I left it. Anyways, I like it - Date: 06/24/2007
