this is my naruto oc.
he can control water and ice. he uses a fan enscrypted with a chakra reservoir seal passed down from generation to generation in his family. he uses that fan in some of his ninjutsu. his favorite weapons are senbon and kunai. he also uses terrifying genjutsu.
