This is my best attempt at doing Eureka and Renton.
The Angelic Gloves are supposed to be the blue on the end of her sleeves(as you can see in the smaller pic, which is supposed to show mainly the clothes)
The blue socks are supposed to be the blue on the top of her boots. if you look closely she has the yellow neck ribbon on for the gold ring she has around her neck.

I think it's unique and pretty good. Considering
that you tried to make Eureka and Renton out of
Gaia scrap. I think that's the best you can do
using the stuff from Gaia. Even I'm trying to make
Ryoma Echizen from Prince of Tennis and that hard.

@ Bunai: i tried the chef's coat and the only
thing that resembles her dress is the buttons, her
dress is blue and white, and the empire dress
