As i earlier mentioned, so was i heavily inspired by the Red Alert universe and how two stereotypical superpowers fight in the cold war that turned hot with everything from jet pack infantry to tesla troopers.
But the avi itself isn't cosplay, it was originally my OC in an RedAlert RP i thought about making, but was to lazy to finish. So don't start scream "WRONG AREA!!!110" pleas.

Note: The speech bubbles symbolizes how an weapon idea get turned into an project, and how the project leads to being testing and later might being used in war.
The tesla coil is the symbolic weapon of the Soviets in the Red Alert universe, and i thought it seemed fitting to be one of the wonder-weapons the description talk about. =P - Report As Spam
