Great use of everything, it kind of looks like a steampunk lolita avi. I like how you matched the purple bra, bow, eyes, and leg warmers; the black anklets, gloves, headdress, and roses; the yellow hair, staff, watch, and sparkles (and the pupils of the eyes); and the white shoes and ruffle.
What I'm not too fond of though is the skirt; it doesn't totally match but benefits the overall image.
