It does need more teal.
She also needs a bit more expression on her face. With her attire you'd think she'd be winking or smiling.
It's simple, and it's been done before but it's not bad.

- Teal eyes would have made the avi. The green, as pretty as they are, throws off the whole outfit. Great job otherwise though! She's simple, but not plain, which is a hard balance.
