- The only neutral avatars that could be declared are consider "noobish" Or new comer avatars. IT all depends on what you think is neutral. To me neutral is but a avatar with very simble detail and no real crazy effects. Yours has tons of different stuff. As well as some items I don't know many people who are new comers could gain. 3/5 So far. How ever the blacken back ground just made me take it all too strongly. Some thing that strong means just to much detail. To much detail means to many thing
