- Description: Visual Kei refers to a movement among Japanese musicians characterized by eccentric flamboyant looks. This usually involves striking make-up, unusual hair styles and elaborate costumes - often, but not always, coupled with androgynous aesthetics. It is said to be the counterpart of Harajuku, however they are still closely related. It's considered to be a Harajuku style by many, but more often seen as it's own sub-culture. And I love it!
