- Description: On a nice winter day a man decided to take a walk around town. When he was walking it started snowing. He didnt mind it much becuase he was used to it. Half way through the walk it started getting worse. eventually it started snowing so hard it was considered the worst snow storm in years. When he came balk from the walk he was frozen and covered in snow. He was permanently frozen for life and people called him White Out
