Marshall had tried to make friends and catch the eye of ladies by following them closely and offering helpful information as they navigated the underwater terrain, but they weren't interested. "Get lost Marshall" they said. Sadly, he'd go back to the entrance to await the next party. He eventually caught the attention of a little mermaid who found him fascinating and asked her out. I hear they've been dating pretty seriously for a few weeks now...
