Things I like: 1) The dress/bangs combo, 2) Using Agape face with Enchanting Strings (it matches your description and theme beautifully)
Things I don't like: 1) The shoes look very strange, 2) Oh god why the cat ears/tail? They throw the entire avatar off and give the impression that you threw the avatar together haphazardly. It also detracts from the theme that you would have emphasized beautifully with the things mentioned above. 3/5 - Report As Spam
