She never understood beds or the need for pajamas, at least for herself.
One day she was presented with a new room that had a nice big Recharge Bed and was given orders to wear pajamas to bed, in order to keep her maid uniform clean. The Maid wasn't very pleased at first, but has grown into accepting it.
