Juneko also has plump pink lips (like Bridget Bardot) and soft swarthy ivory skin. Her chest and shoulders are covered with brown freckles. She looks to be of Arab, East-Asian and European descent. She looks alot like Phoebe Tonkin and Maria Perrusi.<br />
Fashion Sense: She is very inspired by 50's and 60's fashion. She also enjoys wearing things with lace or things with shoulder pads.<br />
Personality: Often she comes off as being selfcentered, spoiled, naive and vain. However, she can be kind at times. She can also be very flirtacious, and her naiveness adds to her image of being a "Lolita''. <br />

Powers: She is the senshi of emotions and femininity. But as a result of being chosen as the time guardian, she has the power to open gates and slow down time.<br />

Sailor Pretty:<br />
Touching her earrings with both hands, she keeps them on the earrings. With her legs crossed, she than shouts, "Pretty Evolution!" Suddenly the background becomes a violet sky and she is standing in a field of pale lavender roses. From the ground, the roses sudddenly become rose petals and rapidly rise up from the ground and bombard Juneko in a tornado of rose petals as she stands in the same position. Her clothing, acessories and earrings soon become something like purple plasma and her short hair becomes loose. Spinning around the roses then latch on to this plasma and create her whole outfit and accessories. She then opens her eyes, one hand holding her chin and the other on her waist, and then says her catch phrase or a witty phrase.<br />
Note: Her transformation is very similar to that of Milky Rose from Precure, upto the transformation music is the same.<br />

Graceful Sailor Pretty:<br />
She touches her earrings and whispers "Glamarous Evolution. Suddenly nude, she is standing on a crystal floor. She then gracefully slips through the floor and is decorated in a raunchy lace bodice. She then slips through another floor and is decorated in her complete uniform. Slipping through another floor she is then given her rapier which she uses to break the floor and cause glass shards to fly up beautifully. <br />

This is the first attack she learns. Using her Pretty Microphone, she sways back and forth and sings the mellow song. It causes people to get extreme headaches and be driven to a stage of confusion. The spell is also used to break spells.<br />

Doing a little shimmy, she sings to her opponents. Her opponents immediately fall in love with her charm and do anything she tells them to do for a short period of time.<br />

Deadly Heartache: She forms a heart with her hand and suddenly vibrations. Charging up to the person, she presses this heart against them and shouts "Deadly Heartache!" As she does, suddenly the person feels several strong impacts hitting them which could cause a person to faint. She could perform the attack far from far away but it becomes slower (although much stronger).<br />

Charmant Scent: She blows a kiss towards her opponent and suddenly violet flower petals fly out of her mouth. Her opponents then smell a sweet scent an as a result, she able to manipulate their emotions.<br />

Artremis' Gentle Arrows- The light from the moon shines down on and she grabs the light, pulling out a silver bow and arrow. She shoots the arrow at her opponent and it knocks even the toughest and largest opponents back. But this attack delivers little pain as do the arrows of the Greek goddess herself.<br />

Lace Purification: She places her hands on the person and they are then covered in lace. They're thoughts could then be purified but if they resist (which is the likely case) the lace wil begin to burn them alive.<br />

Rose Window: Shouting the phrase, suddenly a decorated Rayonnant Gothic rose window appears and like a forcefield, blocks any attack. Eventually the window breaks and it's shards fly out towards her opponent. <br />

Juneko has the ability to open doors and most gates (including those that can not be easily opened).<br />

She can produced a high-pitch shrill, loud enough to make someones eardrums blow.<br />

She can also slow down time for a short period.<br />

Unlike her mother who could see time, Juneko has to read time. Therefore, when, looking into the future, all she see's is words. This ability has taught her to become a fast reader. At times she also walks into battle with her eyes close and uses this ability in battle.<br />

~ The Pluto/Charon Empire ~ <br />
<br />
It began during the rule of King Tigers-Eye and Queen Setsuna. It was two years after their first daughter was born that they found that they had another baby on the way. Juneko Jaqueline Meioh- Tiger was born September 21st, joining her two year old sister, Suzuka Lucretia Meioh-Tiger. <br />
<br />
When Juneko was only a year old, the members of the Plutonian family were called to the council of the Olympians. Chronos, being the God of Time, happened to be hosting the counsel this year in the Underworld in one of his many palaces, and it was tradition that the host had his bloodline present to represent him. This one particular palace was called Inferno Centurion, because of its location in the middle of the River of the Styx. Though she was only a baby, during the counsel meeting, Juneko found her way out of her carrier and managed to get into the ghastly river. It was only minutes until the Plutonian family knew she was gone and roused search parties of all the Olympian’s consorts to go and search for her. Once they had learnt that she had fallen in the waters of Styx, they had become extremely worried. They knew that there was a chance she might have drowned or been dragged away by souls of the dead. However when they finally found her, the young infant was actually playing with the souls of the dead, befriending them. Her chemistry with the dead and their chemistry with her was soon noted. And thus, she and everyone else discovered her powers. <br />
<br />
"Setsuna...much of these powers Suzuka gained from both parents, but Juneko, is unbalanced in the sense that she hardly gained much (if not any) from her father’s side. It is part of the reason that she be put through these tasks so that she may become the soldier needed for the Plutonian Empire. You know as well as I do, Setsuna, that the heirs go under hard discipline and training and must fulfill their tasks in order to be strong enough to serve such a powerful empire. Not only that, but it is the missing part of them that they must also find. Because it started with my marriage to your mother, that this all began. Because you were born to her while she was still mortal, you were only a demi goddess, and therefore had to earn your right to my throne by serving out all those years becoming a soldier and being the Guardian of the Time Gate. Your children, and your children’s children must do the same. It is a brilliant yet painful cycle, not only to make us stronger and more powerful, but more aware of what we are capable of and how to use all these powers for the good of ourselves and the rest of the universe." ~ Lord Chronos – God of Time <br />

As a result of her encounter with the River of Styx, Juneko was instantly gifted with mystical powers. From a young age she could see and talk to those who have passed and even bring back insects from the dead. She was often isolated and didn't have much contact with the world behind the palace walls. She did go out but most of the times she preferred to stay in and read.<br />
<br />
At around seven she began to have dreams of her past lives. These dreams were often gruesome and a little traumatizing especially because of their vividness. At times after waking up from the dreams, she woke up with bruises and cuts. At around the same time her powers suddenly became stronger as she was soon able to stop time around her and even bring back large game that were brought to the palace for supper. <br />
<br />
After several attempts in looking for someone to train their daughter, her parents brought her to the Temple of the Nine Muses. As was foretold, Juneko was rigoursly trained and taught by the nine daughters of inspiration. There she learned basic studies, but mainly she learned about history, music, art and linguistic skills. She trained in the convent for 7 years until her training was stopped short of the 9 years necessary after the temple was attacked by a warring force; the Omicron. As a result, the young princess was forced to flee to the planet Earth.<br />

<br />
Relocated to Japan, Juneko attended Catholic school and lived in the covent. Although she had planned to return back to Pluto within a year, the war on Charon became even bigger forcing her to stay. With her mother to busy with the war on their planet, it was soon realized that someone had to take her place on Earth.<br />
<br />
As a result, gifted with a pair of enchanted earrings she was able to activate her powers as Sailor Pretty. As Sailor Pretty, Juneko was obviously an embodiement of female beauty and feminine tendencies. Although fragile, her attacks are very strong. However using them can be strenous and it often takes her a while to recharge her mana. During her time, she had to face the inner demons, fears and vanities of people which had begun to take form into manifestations after the Goddess Aphrodite let them out from Pandora's box.<br />
<br />
After a few, years as Sailor Pretty, eventually she decided to give it a rest. During that rest, the 14 year old decided to embark in a career in modelling. She was cast in nation wide Anais (perfume) commercial, where she played a "lolita" having to reject the love of many men. After this, her agent had suggested that she join the Miss International Japan competition. Although she hadn't realized that her agent had lied to the pageant officials about her age. By then 15 year old ended up representing her country at the Miss International 2023 competition held in China. She wound up winning the competition (along with the title of Miss Photogenic), however, a few weeks later the media found out that she was 15. As a result, she had to turn in her crown, to her 1st runner up from Czech Republic.<br />
<br />
She was devastated in having to return her crown but she decided to continue her modelling career, which was boost as a result of the publicity. She was able to score modelling jobs through Asia, mainly in Japan and China. But at the same time, after having vanquished most of the inner demons in Japan, they were let out of Pandora's box (after the seal broke) and as a result she had to face of the even stronger manifestations as Graceful Sailor Pretty. <br />
<br />
At 17 in a strange decision, Juneko was handpicked and asked to represent Japan in the Miss World 2028 after the date of the contest was moved to an earlier point in the year.<br />
<br />
The choice was a little controversial in many ways. For starters, many thought it was unfair that a winner of a previous grand slam was competing. There was also the problem about whether the Miss World Organization would even allow the winner of a previous grandslam to compete. However, since she was dethroned and never signed a contract, she technically never won, so she was allowed to compete. She was also bashed by the Japanese media because of her caucasian/middle eastern features.<br />
<br />
After months of training, she traveled to Port-De-France, Martinique to represent Japan in the Miss World competition. There, she and the contestants took a tour of the Caribbean islands (Aruba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico) for about a month. She placed second in talent, third in the beach beauty, and top 10 in the top model competition. She placed automatically when she won the "Beauty with A Purpose" award for her work with disabled children in Japan. At the end of the competition which wash held in Trinidad and Tobago, during the Q&A, Juneko was asked to ask the host a question in which she responded, confidently and charmingly, "Why do you think I should be crowned Miss World tonight." She ended up becoming the 77th Miss World that night .<br />
<br />
During her reign, she worked with the Miss World Organization to help raise awareness for a variety of causes. She traveled the world, helping children in poverty from all places. She also attended important events such as govenor balls, celebrity charity events and even the Cannes Film Festival as a spokesmodel for Nivea.<br />
<br />
Following her reign she moved to France and joined Wilheminna models. At that point on, she became known as Jaqueline Meioh to disassociate herself from her pageant past.<br />
<br />
<br />
Immeadiately, the agency saw the potential she had and booked her for several commercials in France. It was from there that Loreal Paris saw one of her commercials and then asked the petite framed model to be the official spokesmodel of their products. She soon became a big commercial model, and a huge name in the cosmetic industry, her face was the image of Loreal, Vichy, Revlon Yves Saint Laurent and Yves Roche. She was also starred in French soap operas and movies, becoming a big socialite in that country. She even won awards in foreign film festivals and was even featured as a Bond Girl in a James Bond film.<br />

She returned to the American market after being asked by Cover Girl to be one of their spokesmodel. Her commercials boosted the sales and her popularity increased as she was soon asked to model for other commercial brands and even big magazines like (Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Nylon, Sports Illustrated, Vogue, Vogue Beauty, etc). She was compared alot to Devon Aoki who was also a petite Japanese model.<br />
<br />
At the prime of her career she was one of the most famous and highest paid models even though she was not a runway model. Her face was constantly on the cover of magazines and products. For a while she also began to do Musicals. Most notably as the female leads in the European tours for, Miss Saigon and Evita. Her talents even led to her starring in a french film adaptation of Carmen, which even won an Academy Award among other awards.<br />

It was later on in her career that the public soon found out her identity as Princess of the Plutonian Empire. By then, the world already knew about exterrestrial life and others like her were being revealed. In attempts to escape the American media, she relocated to London. The media there was however still the same. But she did enjoy the social life a bit more. As things began to settle down, she began to mingle with royalty and along the way fell in love with Prince Hector of Belrotus.<br />

After several months of dating, the couple decided to get marry. The couple will be next in line to be Queen and King of Belrotus. <br />

Currently she is currently a unicef ambassador to Belrotus and is a patron of several charities.<br />
