    Neji Hyuga is from the Hyuga clan. He has the Kekkai Genkai of Byakugan. In the first part of Naruto, he only cared about destiny. After Naruto beat him in the chunin exams, he realized he was wrong. In the shippuden series, he becomes more part of the Hyuga clan. He actually starts wearing The Hyuga Clan's traditional robes.<br />
