  • Artist Info: Ridley is a recurring adversary in the Metroid series of videogames, a high-ranking general of the nefarious Space Pirates. He directly led the Pirate attack on Samus Aran's home colony of K-2L, which led to the deaths of all the colonists including Samus's mother and father. Samus has since had a personal vendetta against Ridley, and the two have become bitter enemies, battling each other several times. Each time, Ridley has met defeat at Samus's hands, but always somehow manages to return.<br />
